3. APOSTOLIC MINISTRY COVERING can be established with individuals who are seeking such spiritual covering for themselves or for their ministry. STAR Christian Network does not provide spiritual covering, per se. Rather, apostolic ministry covering can be established with  Dr. Philip Byler. He currently provides covering for some of the individuals and ministries who are affiliated with the network. However, covering by Dr. Phil is not required for network participation.

STAR Christian Network offers three levels of participation.

1. ACCESS gives individual partners admission to the protected training and coaching pages of the website, a subscription to the Apostolic Resource Paper, and invitations to participate in STAR Leadership Training Events.

2. RESOURCE SHARING provides individuals full access to the website, a subscription to the Apostolic Resource Paper, and participation in STAR Leadership Training Events. Resource Sharing Members also have access to personal coaching, access to Network Conference Calls, and collaboration with other STAR Team Members for resource sharing and ministry opportunities. Being a part of the STAR Christian Network does not alter or diminish covenantal relationships between members and their oversight.
